The partnership combines Ukraine’s battlefield experience and technological expertise with Britain’s research, technology and industrial capabilities. The two countries plan to work together on AI models, secure data and computing infrastructure, autonomous systems, cyber security, AI assurance and other advanced defence technologies.
The UK has also agreed to help Ukraine develop its own long-range strike capability by sharing technology related to the Storm Shadow/SCALP missile system, with British and French industry working with Ukraine toward local production.
