2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by the Student

  • Before Course Start Date: You may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the course begins. In this case, you will be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable administrative charges (detailed below).
  • After Course Start Date: If you cancel after the course has started, no refund will be issued, except in special cases as outlined in Section 3.1 (Special Circumstances).

2.2 Cancellation by Prabh Kirpa Classes

  • If Prabh Kirpa Classes cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, technical issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in another course of equivalent value.

  • Payment Gateway Fees: Any fees charged by Razorpay or other third-party payment processors may not be refundable.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
